You will be in charge of negotiating contracts with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities include reviewing business plans, creating business strategies, and scheduling meetings.

Successfully coordinating company transitions by being proactive and hands on with clients and contractors using your experience.

Creating diverse projects using specific scopes and project management guidelines.

Analyzing the existing business practice of existing or future clients and making recommendations for improvements using our Alic Consulting Simple B2B Solutions and Services.

You will be in charge of directly communicating with our clients and contractors from the initial inquiry, contract signing, to client support.

The key responsibilities of this function are to provide exceptional support to our clients, be quick to respond to questions and troubleshooting concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Consultants are assigned a group of clients or contractors that must be updated daily and are in direct contact with their clients and contractors.

Review Information from co-workers and vendors. Throughout the day information flows from co-workers and vendors regarding service issues and capacity. These must be addressed and resolved daily.

You will lead your own team, manage their tasks and be responsible for their results and growth.

Problem Resolution. Team members must be hands-on in solving issues that arise during the day.

Other duties as assigned by the director and/or CEO.

Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Administration, and/or Operations.

2 years of experience in Consulting, Middle Management, or C Level.

General computer skills with knowledge of Office, Email, and VOIP.

Excellent communication / English skills (speaking and writing).

Be able to work independently and think independently.

Be able to multi task.

Analytic skill set.

Strong presentation skills.

Willingness to travel if need be.

Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Specialized in one or two areas.

5 years of experience in Middle Management or C Level.

Proven history of taking action and executing business solutions and recommendations.

Stress-tolerant nature necessary to consistently, calmly and effectively responding to demanding, crisis and emergent situations while maintaining self-control and composure.
